Apply generously to freshly washed, damp hair. Massage gently from roots to tips. For deep conditioning: leave on for 8 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For intensive conditioning: place a plastic cap on hair and sit under a heating cap or warm dryer for 15-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Also works great with a hair steamer or as an overnight treatment. To enhance shine, rinse hair with cool water to smooth hair cuticles.
